OUR PROCESS
Step 1.
let's get to know each other!
It all starts with a phone call... Give us a call to arrange a site meeting, let's discuss your vision, plans, how you want to feel in your new space and get to know a bit more about us!
Step 2.
Gathering your details
Fill out and submit our online "Project Information" form. This form is an easy, streamlined process we have put together to collect all the information we need from you about your specific situation.
Step 3.
Are you ready to build?
Have you got approved plans through DA or CDC?
If you are ready to build and have your approved plans, go to step 3A. Step 3B is for those who do not have approved plans.
Step 3a.
Contracts?
Cost plus or fixed price? We will guide you to the contract we think best suits your job!
Cost Plus: We will provide an estimate within approximately 20% with a scope of works in your cost plus contract package so you know what to expect throughout your project.
Fixed Price: We will send you a preliminary works contract. This will include all pre-construction costs, including designing, engineering, soil testing and/ or our time to provide an accurate quote you can rely on! If you're satisfied with the quote we can commence!
Step 3b.
Planning and Designing Your build or renovation.
Our design team understands every project is different. After deciding weather you want to go cost plus or fixed price we will either send you a fee proposal or preliminary works contract. We will help you put your thoughts on paper and make sure that you're truly satisfied with the end result before we even start building!
Step 4.
Getting your project approved!
We will organise a BASIX and BAL Certificate, lodge a S68 if necessary and appoint a private certifier or lodge plans with your local council depending on the Project!
Step 5.
Let's Start the build
Now for the exciting part where all the action happens! Watch us take your old tired home or block of land and turn it into something you've been dreaming of!
